Aim of the Institution
The aim of Jeevan Rekha College of Nursing is to provide nursing education based on scientific principles and educational theory and practice to produce professionally qualified nurses.
Objective
- To develop well qualified nurses to meet the present health needs of the community with latest information and technological advancements.
- To develop technical competence and abilities for participation as a member of the health team in preventive and curative health services of the nation.
- To educate nurses for health promotion, prevention of diseases, restoration of health and rehabilitation.
- To develop self confidence and self direction in the students, who in future strive for personal and professional growth throughout the professional career
- To develop appreciation of nurse’s role in the professional organization’s and a recognitions of the contributions which have been made by these organizations to nursing sector.
- To develop insight to understand her own behavior and interpersonal relations, which will enhance acceptance of herself and others.
- To develop knowledge and skill in nursing research.
